More About My Boyfriend: What happened to My Jimmy Choo flip flops?

I only asked him for one thing for Christmas and it was a pair of Jimmy Choo flip flops. Or sandals. Just something special for my feet. Considering this boy his a high-adrenaline foot fiend, I though he'd jump at the chance to serve his woman, to grant her this wish. You know, just a little sign of affection, just a little gesture to show we're both on the same page. If he didn't want to lavish me with my potentially expensive request, like I say, he could have found something, anything in the ball park that he'd have known would have set the mood. He did get me a gift: a really nice perfume. Maybe he wanted to show me that he will do as he pleases, which is very likely. Or, and I don't think it's this one, he wanted to show me that he's more broadminded. I don't know if I'm making too much out of it. As I've seen it so far, all we share is sex and his intense interest in feet. I'm not saying that's wrong and I'm not saying it's the best situation. It just is what it is. He's very busy. And so am I. And we don't make time for each other. When we do hook up, it very quickly becomes sex. I don't know what I'm worried about. It just seemed odd to me that he wouldn't acknowledge it with some foot wear. It seems so fitting! And this boy does know my shoe size! He's not shy. Perfume is nice. Is that really in the ball park? Sort of. Did he want me to spray some on my feet? He never said that. I would think it would sort of get in the way. I prefer to avoid extra scents. It depends. Never say never, right? But I desire the sweat, the musk, the pheromones. I hope I haven't hurt is feelings. The way he acts sometimes, I wonder if he has any. He doesn't show them very well.

Ooo! missed out big style there! I have never missed the opportunity to buy my wife something for her gorgeous feet.

Call me weird but I love to go shoe shopping with her. Okay I will admit that if its shopping for a pair of sensible shoes, I don't get quite so excited, but if its for a pair that I might drool over, I'm there like a shot.
After one lenghty sandal shopping session near the beach one summer, I had to pull my t shirt down at the front to disguise the damp patch appearing on my shorts. Disgusting eh?

I have never asked my wife to wear high heels. or pointy court shoes. I would be gutted if she bought a pair of badly fitting shoes that marked her feet. I see women wearing badly fitting "fashionable" shoes, that rub so badlt that they have to wear band aids on their aleraedy scarred heels. Is that nuts or what? No...when shopping for shoes and my wife asks for an oppinion I usually say "too much shoe" meaning they don't display her feet as they should, or its "buy them!"
I'll bet that Jimmy Choo sandals would'nt mark your feet?

That's a very thoughtful post. I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt my feet. I treasure them so much and I see them as a work of art, and an important place on my body to keep healthy.

I do wear high heels on occasion but it's for a short time and then I either switch out right after or go barefoot for short intervals. I do like the way they look. But I try to enjoy that peep toe sensation more with lower pumps, slides, mules.

Yeah, I want my boyfriend to buy me sandals or the flip flops I asked for. And I like the idea of us going shopping together for them. A light bulb should have gone off atop his head by now. We could turn this into something really hot. As you say, a bulge may occur. Well, there are ways of satisfying that and we could get very creative, don't you think? Like wearing the flip flops in the store and then having my boyfriend inspect them and touch them and rub my toes? I'd wear them out of the store and we'd find a spot to make out. Oh, I love this and he would be perfect for this.

Im gonna guess that you didnt get the footwear you asked for b/c that gift represents to him a level of committment hes not willing to go to at this time.
also: i loved your responses to my posts. i really enjoy your blog. and if Jay lived in the same town as me, I'd invite him out for a beer.

The man definitley missed out. You must spoil him too often :-)

"I do wear high heels on occasion but it's for a short time and then I either switch out right after or go barefoot for short intervals. I do like the way they look. But I try to enjoy that peep toe sensation more with lower pumps, slides, mules."

Now I like the sound of that. I always consider shoes to be "guilding the lilly" a little like toe rings :-) It is only when you read about other peoples interests that you learn how deep they go.

For example, I didn't realise there was such a thing as toe cleavage. Now I understand the term and have seen the varying degrees that a womans shoe may offer, its added a whole new interest to the game.
You see, when I see a woman with a pair of heels on, and the toe cleavage is extreme, I'm sure that the they are a special purchase. I think everyday pumps as you call them don't have it. (I could be wrong :-)

Just to end on a strange question. When eating do you find that you kick your shoes off?

Footprints, please, I want to make it clear to all you guys that there's nothing you can say that I will call strange. If I do use terms like that in the course of writing, it is among friends and as part of a wider discussion. And, yes, sometimes I will kick off my sandals, pumps, mules, whatever I have on, when I'm out at a restaurant. Sometimes I don't. Depends.

I do love the whole concept of toe cleavage. It's definitely the same as breast cleavage. We need these treats in our lives. I don't always need all of my feet exposed although I do tend towards doing that quite a bit. I do love feet, no doubt.

Hey T,
No, I haven't gotten what I've asked for from him. Maybe he's playing games. But, if I approach this as game, maybe he'd be into it. I'm going to ask him about going to Nordy's with me and buying me what I want and finding a way to make out while we shop and afterwards. I think he'd be up for that. The boy does get spoiled. And I'm happy to see all you guys getting along so well. It's all very good.

Found another fan of Jimmy Choo.

He's posted a few pictures to share.

Footprints,
I'll have to see later. I'm having trouble trying to access your blog at the moment. I'm thinking about writing more about Simon. What do you think? I've wanted to do this for awhile and I'm thinking of doing it for an extended amount of time. A lot of good stuff will come out of it. I value all of the support I've gotten from you guys. It's been awesome. I'll still post about other stuff. There's so much to blog about foot love, isn't there? I do want to see the Jimmy Choo stuff. I'll bet you have photos of your wife's sexy feet in a new pair.

Apologies. I forgot to send the JC link :-)

Footprints,
I love his blog! I totally love it.
I tried to leave him a comment but it didn't seem to work. Let him know how much I enjoyed his post on Jimmy Choo and I think he has style and a great sense of humor.
